Futo Consult is a fully registered Consulting company owned by Federal University of Technology Owerri, (FUTO). Established as a result of a directive of the Federal Government of Nigeria in 1984, FUTO consult was incorporated in 1992 as a Limited Liability Company governed by the Board of Directors, mostly principal officers of the university, with the Vice-chancellor as chairman
