2 THOUGHTS ON Ndubuisi Ekekwe Interview With BBC World Service On Igbo Apprenticeship System [Audio]

  1. Just finished listening, a very good one there.

If we are able to package what we know and sell to the world, you realise that folks from Harvard and Stanford will begin to respect us, because we can easily make what they pride themselves in look ordinary.

Like I always say, nothing beats practical wisdom, and some of us down here have it in abundance.

Humans remain the greatest institutions, you have to stand tall if you want to be counted and taken seriously. Playing the victim might earn you few minutes of sympathy, but will never earn you the respect you deserve; don’t be deceived.

Never allow anyone to author and control your own story, own it, and hammer it non stop to the people of the world, because you will be forgotten the moment you stop talking; nobody listens to silent people.

    Keep them coming…
