Now that the Nigerian Postal Service (NIPOST) has won the fight against the Federal Inland Revenue Service (FIRS) on stamp duty, we can all now move to a new one which is brewing: the USSD fight between banks and the telecom regulator, NCC (Nigerian Communications Commission).
