7 THOUGHTS ON What Is Your Company’s Masterplan? Tesla boss, Elon Musk, Provides Directions

  1. Innovation are birth from the dreams and aspirations of individuals but innovation commercialization is fed by the environment. If someone today says today in Africa let go to Jupiter, will you believe, what if that same person says let’s covert nuclear power into consumable energy will you support it? At times it is not about innovation or disruption, it is about Environmental inculcation and participation. The biggest dreams are in the African graveyard!!!! The question is : shall we continue to let the whites, the Americans, the Germans, the Chinese, the Europeans to dominate ???? where are the great warriors of Africa ??????? Where are the financial jogornauts ???? The builders? I wonder how rich prof Ndubuisi would be as an American. Elon is special but his master plan for Tesla or space x would have been buried in the grave of Africa!!!!

  2. You have said it all. We have Bank of Industry instead of Bank of Ideas when actually Ideas birth industry. Yes we also have an inferiority complex that makes us not to believe in our own.

Three years ago, I got an idea on how to tap natural and free energy in the form of gravity to do useful work like generation of electricity. No one I talked to in Africa believe me, not to talk of contributing a Kobo to support the development of the idea. I knew we lack the environment to grow ideas and Innovation into goods and services. Therefore, I took it to the United States, where total strangers are joining their talents, time, network and financial resources to bring it to full commercialization.

I am very optimistic that this year we shall be ready to launch the first cost effective and most energy efficient power plant in the world with zero emission and zero fuel. Again Africa has lost an opportunity, perhaps until I return in less than a decade to invest in ideas, startups etc in Africa.
I will say without equivocation that any visionary entrepreneur that will provide equity capital to enable about 50% of entrepreneurs across Africa will eventually emerge as the richest entrepreneur in the world.
Africa got talents, visionary ideas, however, 99.5% are aborted and burried forever. Hence, we remain a dark continent. Thanks to the few venture capital firms supporting that 0.5% of entrepreneurs in Africa.
I am on a mission to restore Africa, and we need each visionary to network. AFRICA SHALL ARISE IN MY GENERATION.

    • Having read your story, I must confess it saddens my heart for the potential of Africa . Africa continues to bless the world but not itself. Africa has become a it instead of a her. She is supposed to be the mother of the world. The pace setter, the pioneer, the innovator, but it continues to lose great talents and visionary leaders like yourself. What a loss? But yet all is not lost yet. We must all rise up together and invest and believe in our ideas. We must stand up!!! Rise up!!! And go up!!! To the mountains of innovation, commercialization, socialization, and cooperation in creating the Africa of our Dream, the Africa we can be Proud of!!! It is time!!!!
