Let me congratulate Maro Elias who just started work with SystemSpecs. Remember him? The young man who wrote the SystemSpecs case study for Tekedia Mini-MBA. Interestingly, the company tracked him and has hired him! Maro dropped this line with me: “I want to say a big thank you for everything”.
Young people, if you have it, make it visible. Yes, the talent you have is the one people know you have. Maro wrote many strategy-related articles and business cases for Tekedia; I am very happy he is now doing Strategy in Nigeria’s premier software powerhouse. More wins ahead.
