Huawei's $30B Drop; World War II Image Motivation
Huawei will lose $30 billion on revenue over the next two years because of the U.S.-China trade war. That is Nigeria’s budget there.
Following a string of trade restrictions from the U.S., China’s telecoms equipment and smartphone maker Huawei expects its revenues to drop $30 billion below forecast over the next two years, founder and chief executive Ren Zhengfei said Monday during a panel discussion at the company’s Shenzhen headquarters...That said, Ren assured that Huawei’s output will be “rejuvenated” by the year 2021 after a period of adjustment.
The image above according to TechCrunch was displayed in the company’s campus cafe. It was a World War II fighter jet that was badly beaten and damaged but kept fighting because its heart and fuel tank were protected despite the damages suffered on the appendages. Huawei does think its heart and tank are intact despite the damages on the appendages through U.S. bans.
