If a business cannot even collect its revenue, does it need to still exist as an entity? Imagine delivering electricity and another firm collects the revenue. I do think Discos should be ashamed to have gone this low for the Central Bank of Nigeria to hit them like this. The CBN is right here: it has been bringing all the money and now needs to know what is happening. Game on.
