From federal to state to local government areas, Nigeria is changing! Scarcity brings the best in people. If the federal government cannot keep my state’s tax Naira, the state capital cannot keep my local government’s money. In America, sales taxes are local because locals consume local things, Nigeria needs to be upgraded to that level. #believe because from the north to south, east to west, everyone is asking for a new playbook: a working Nigeria.
