Someone asked me this question recently, and odd as it may have seemed, I understand that not everyone will get what climatetech is at face value.
In one sentence, I would say, “climatetech is our hope for a sustainable future”, but that’s unclear.

As technology advances, it is interesting that some people are looking to create innovations that can mitigate or reverse the effects of climate change.

Climatetech encompasses a broad spectrum of ideas and applications aimed at fostering environmental sustainability. That’s why I say “climatetech is our hope for a sustainable future”.
Climate change is no longer a conversation as if it were to happen sometime in the future. It is happening now and here. It will take specifically tailored technological innovations to address the crisis and help us commit to a sustainable future.
