Good People, thanks for the kind words and congratulations. Most times, I write to inspire and encourage young people. While things are certainly tougher, specifically in Africa, I continue to challenge young people to look at areas which are opening up. You may not believe it there are many opportunities young graduates have today that many of us did not experience many years ago.
Sure, we got jobs easily – but there was no investor writing a cheque of $50,000 to develop ideas. So, your season is different and I encourage you to live in your time. And get it from me – this is the best time to be a young person in Africa.
#believe with a plan. You will rise because the future is full of abundance.

Two simple questions help put things in proper perspective.
The first is, what do you want?
The second is, what can you do?
The former borders on goal, purpose, destination, and the latter borders on capability, willpower, and other necessary virtues.
What is common to see are people who can answer the first but with nothing about the second, or those who possess a lot about the second but with no clarity or direction on the first.
There are also those who can neither answer the first nor the second, convincingly, but still care about riches and comfort…
With clarity on both first and second, you will be better positioned to benefit from the forces, networks and connections that make things happen, because your name will begin to pop up whenever important discussions take place.
Don’t just dream or believe, but show that you are very good at something, with the web being a great leveler, overtime – those who know how to mine and spot talents will discover you, and you will rise.
