Africa Remains Far Apart
Quote from Ndubuisi Ekekwe on May 20, 2024, 8:10 PM
Despite all the noise on AfCFTA and integration of Africa, the bureaucrats continue to operate out of sync: “At the Africa CEO Forum Annual Summit, Aliko Dangote, Africa’s richest person, laid bare the significant travel challenges he faces with his Nigerian passport, revealing that he needs up to 35 visas to travel across the continent.”
If Dangote, who travels with a truckload of investment money is handled this way, imagine how they will treat the village boys like us. Africa needs leaders who can EXECUTE these written integration policies. Today, we have think-tankers; we need do-tankers.
