Humility is good but there is a moment to take if off. You do not have to be 100% ready. If you are, it means the job is not for you. You can only be 100% ready if you had done that before. And if someone wants to put you in that same position, it means you are not making progress [circular paralysis].
As the week begins, think ahead. No one would give it to you. In Nigeria, nothing is easy. When 4 million kids want to enter post-secondary schools for available 800k slots, it makes it clear that patience is not always strategic, at least in Nigeria.
As you look at Bank Boards with more than 85% controlled by men, you may be discouraged. I want you [the ladies] not to be nice to the men next time. Unless you can get into the game even when NOT Ready, many greater things would not happen, ahead.
