Bunnie Xo Says Jelly Roll Is Letting Her Keep Their Three-Home Compound.
She and Jelly Roll's separation agreement is beyond acceptable to Bunnie Xo. The podcaster disclosed that she and the "I'm Not Okay" singer already amicably split their joint assets, including the "dream house" they had been building together, despite the fact that the couple's breakup was only announced a few days ago.
"My husband and I are ending this marriage on the best possible terms," on the June 18 episode of her Dumb Blonde podcast, Bunnie (real name Alisa DeFord) revealed how Jelly Roll (born Jason DeFord) filed for split last month. "We're literally settling our divorce. We've done it in two weeks, three weeks."
The 41-year-old claimed that her ex consented to give her the enormous compound with three houses that she had been primarily designing herself, which they had bought last year.

"J is so f--king sweet that he's giving me that compound in the divorce," she added, "because he knows how special it is to me."
Additionally, Bunnie implied that 41-year-old Jelly Roll would provide her with some financial assistance, joking, "I joke around with him. I'm like, 'Well, you didn't take care of me in the marriage, but you're taking care of me in the divorce.'"
She went on to say, "We stan a f--king king."
In fact, Bunnie and Jelly Roll, who tied the knot in August 2016, are still friendly. The couple is actually "still having a baby" together after starting an IVF process years ago, according to the author of Stripped Down: Unfiltered and Unapologetic.
"That's my f--king best friend, dude," Bunnie added that Jelly Roll and her are both "going to co-parent" children from the Grammy winner's past relationships, Bailee, 18, and Noah, 9. "We have been the most unconventional couple that you guys have ever encountered."
She also claims that Jelly Roll has been pursuing dating since their breakup, which is why she is urging him to do so.
"He wants to settle down, but I'm just like, 'J, you just got out of a 10-year relationship,'" Bunnie revealed. "I'm like, 'Go play the f--king field, bro. This is your time to shine. Go f--king drop that f--king wiener off everywhere, dude.'"
In addition, Jelly Roll is "healthier than he's ever been" following his weight drop of 200 pounds.
"Daddy Roll is probably in his finest season," Bunnie was ecstatic. "I think he wants the complete opposite of me right now, which is what he deserves."
However, Bunnie wasn't always so excited about this new phase of her life. Ultimately, she acknowledged that the divorce was "not mutual."
"I felt like we deserved a chance to go to therapy and figure s--t out," Bunnie added. "He didn't feel that way and I respect it. It took me a month and a half now to respect that."
She now recognizes the positive aspects of their split.
"Was it necessary for us to have a wakeup call and to actually start having these real conversations? Absolutely," Bunnie said, describing how the two had previously struggled to communicate. "This was like a resurrection of my soul, because I literally feel like a different human than I was a month and a half ago—and I'm so thankful."
