Organic Digital Marketing

A social media account is a business tool and companies have understood that speaking from the human element is more impactful. A post shared from the personal account of CEO of BBB Limited will get more traction than one shared by BBB Limited. With that understanding, BBB will put efforts to nurture the CEO social media accounts.

For you, as a small business owner or entrepreneur, you need to evolve out of your shells. If you think you will hide and run a good social media marketing, you will not succeed. All those nice contents on your company accounts are there but people do not pay attention, because no one knows the human elements behind them.

Improve your digital marketing at scale; be visible.

Another great piece from the archives. Most people by default will first view the author's name, before going ahead to read the article. If the name is known or in their 'good books', the mind is already conditioned to be receptive, even when the content isn't great, they could still give it a pass, because the author is already known.

Largely, humans are 90% emotional and 10% logical; unfortunately algorithms are built on logic, so nothing beats human to human relationships. For all forms of intelligence known, interpersonal intelligence brings the greatest wealth, not the verbal and mathematical taught in schools. Yes, the highest paying profession is that of dealmaking, because machines cannot make better deals, humans do it best.

It doesn't really matter how many machines we deploy, or the investment on company branding; humans still want to relate with humans, not robots or unknown names. AI and its constituents can assist us in many ways, but when we want to vent our frustrations, I do not think anyone would find it funny to do so with a machine, we still need people to take care of that.

People will trust you when they know you, and to be known, the man behind the mask needs to unmask. It's people connecting people.
