Georgia Dane, Eric Dane's daughter, is carrying on his acting heritage. After getting her first role in The Ocean Between Them, a Lifetime film that also stars her mother Rebecca Gayheart, the 14-year-old is really carrying on both of her parents' traditions.

In fact, the role is a suitable beginning for Georgia's foray into the family company, particularly as the adolescent is the youngest daughter in real life, after the late Grey's Anatomy star and Rebecca's eldest, 16-year-old Billie Dane.
Following Eric's death on February 19 at the age of 53 due to consequences from his fight with amyotrophic lateral sclerosis (ALS), the family has been going through a difficult year, but Georgia also reached a significant educational milestone.
