Jason Sudeikis says that juggling too many dates can get pretty overwhelming.
Regarding his love life, Jason Sudeikis has nothing to conceal. Nearly six years after splitting from Olivia Wilde, with whom he has children Otis, 12, and Daisy, 9, the Ted Lasso star acknowledged that he is single. He acknowledged that being single had its ups and downs, but he doesn't want to jump into a new relationship right away.
“I’m not at a point in my life where it feels good or fulfilling to date numerous people all at once,” on the Friends Keep Secrets podcast episode from June 2, Jason provided an explanation. “That feels daunting and overwhelming.”
And a lot of it stems from becoming a parent, as his children will always come first.

“Anybody I'm dating, they're never number one on the call sheet, as the showbiz saying would go,” the 50-year-old stated. “The kids are.”
“Even probably more so than myself,” he continued. “Then there's that little bit as you get older where you're like, ‘Oh god, I got to make sure my cup's full in order for other people to get the overflow.’”
What does he think about the possibility of having more children? He is undoubtedly considering having another child, particularly if he "fell in love" once more.
Nearly six years have passed since the Saturday Night Live star and Olivia called off their seven-year engagement in November 2020.
And he believed that as the years passed, he would be able to make more sense of their breakup, as Jason had previously mentioned.
"I'll have a better understanding of why in a year," in 2021, the GQ "and an even better one in two, and an even greater one in five, and it'll go from being, you know, a book of my life to becoming a chapter to a paragraph to a line to a word to a doodle."
"That's an experience that you either learn from or make excuses about," he clarified. "You take some responsibility for it, hold yourself accountable for what you do, but then also endeavor to learn something beyond the obvious from it."
After splitting from Olivia, Jason dated Keeley Hazell, who costarred with Ted Lasso, from 2021 to 2022. In 2024, there were rumors that he was seeing Elsie Hewitt.
