Iselowo monitored the National Livestock Transformation Plan (NLTP) and shares answers explaining the concept after the suspension of RUGA. I think the government has to be commended for opening dialogues and telling citizens its plans. Yet, it is evident Nigeria has no plan to save the northern part from climate crises. Reading the answers to the questions, it is evident Nigeria does not see a long-term need to find roadmaps to mitigate the paralyses arising from climate changes. My prediction is this: if Nigeria does not take action, the uppermost part of the north will be human inhabitable within few decades.
