Nigeria's JET Motor Company, “Tesla of Africa”, Raises $9M for EV Manufacturing

The Lagos taxi has a nice sticker at the back of the car: "This car stops at all parties, uninvited". Go figure. I am "P" for Progress. Yes, JET Motor enters the fray with electric vehicles manufacturing in Nigeria. And it has raised $9 million for that mission. Possibly, and very soon, a startup will emerge that would provide financial services that will help Nigerians buy cars. That is a big possibility when you model that if these cars are assembled in Nigeria, the lending firm can manage many elements more effectively.
Drive JET. Ride Innoson. Nigeria, moving forward with local manufacturing.
