No matter what you do, in any ecosystem or platform, you need to have awareness that we are already in a platform-shift.  Companies like iROKOtv do not even support desktop users, focusing exclusively on mobile. So, as you move from meatspace to online, there is only one domain for alpha – mobile. Google has added a new sauce to it, calling it Mobile AI-first. A business without internet mobility strategy has no future. Build for the mobile world. This plot shows that clearly.
