Pope, Kamala and Trump - The Game of Two Evils
Quote from Ndubuisi Ekekwe on September 14, 2024, 7:01 AM
“One should vote, and choose the lesser evil...Who is the lesser evil, the woman or the man? I don’t know. Everyone in their conscience should think and do it,” Pope Francis said.
You may think that the Pope is saying something out of the blues. But the fact is that the world is ruled by "not a lot of good" people, in all ways and forms. If someone has told you that we can have Ukraine, Gaza and even Sudan the way we have them right now, you would have said "not possible" in the 21st century.
But here we are: no one cares provided it is not happening in their backyards. In other words, the UN Charter is just a club document which does not have any military might behind it.
