If someone has told you that we can have Ukraine, Gaza and even Sudan the way we have them right now, you would have said "not possible" in the 21st century.
But here we are: no one cares provided it is not happening in their backyards. In other words, the UN Charter is just a club document which does not have any military might behind it.
