Shakira, who wore a sparkling silver jumpsuit with a plunging neckline, also revealed that her sons are big fans of her music and often give her feedback on her songs. She said they have a good ear for music and sometimes even suggest changes or improvements to her lyrics or melodies.

The 46-year-old also gushed about her husband, who could not attend the ceremony due to his soccer commitments, but sent her a sweet video message congratulating her on her achievement. She said he is her biggest supporter and inspiration, and that they have a very strong and happy relationship.
Shakira performed a medley of her hits at the show, including "Hips Don't Lie", "Whenever Wherever", "La Tortura" and "Girl Like Me". She also thanked her fans for their loyalty and support throughout her career, and dedicated the award to them and to her family.
