Tate McRae’s Neutrogena Beauty Routine Goes Viral as Brand Cheekily Claps Back.

Neutrogena is playfully trading jabs with Tate McRae. The beauty brand amusingly reacted after the "Greedy" singer gave its products screen time in a get-unready video while traveling to Lollapalooza, but virtually no face time.

“Wow. I’ve been off the grid,” an Instagram picture on August 13 included a cartoon-like makeup removal wipe pack. “Little digital detox after a big festival weekend you know the one. You know the one. Wink wink.”

“I check my phone to see 9 million notifications from you guys,” McRae's popular technique was hinted at as the wipes went on in a lighthearted manner. "Thank you to everyone who liked, commented, shared, reposted. I see you and I hear you girl.”

Additionally, Neutrogena reminded viewers of its reputation since McRae appeared to merely hold the goods in her video without utilizing them.

“I’m really, like really good at cleansing your face,” according to the clip, “but I am even better at causing a scene.”

Thus, both it and Neutrogena are acceptable. The brand captioned the photo, saying, "I'd like to thank everyone for the sudden attention." "Please respect my privacy as I adjust to the fame.”

About two weeks have passed since McRae posted her "post show routine" on TikTok on August 2, showcasing three different Neutrogena products.

Even tho the 23-year-old pretended to remove her makeup and apply the brand's Hydro Boost water gel and eye patches, you didn't need to be an astute fan to see that she was omitting a crucial step—using the items.

“Girl be careful,” in a comment, one admirer made a joke. “It almost touched your skin.”

Another gave guidance on how to obtain the products, but “The inside white cap is still on my friend.”

McRae, who has been a brand ambassador for more than a year, hasn't commented on the criticism. She hasn't, however, completely erased her relationship with Neutrogena.

McRae replicated a popular TikTok trend by walking out of a trailer and signing a screen directly over the camera lens in another video that she posted one day after the viral one, which currently has 20 million views. "Signing off on the ultimate skin hack with @neutrogena," the "Exes" singer captioned the photo.
