Thank You Nigerian Doctors & Nurses
Quote from Ndubuisi Ekekwe on April 23, 2020, 3:23 PM
People, let us thank our doctors and nurses. The Nigerian medical profession has impressed me. Men and women have risen up to the biggest challenge of this era, and I thank them. They are showing the highest level of service, honour and decency. My fear initially was that many would run away, and leave their fellow citizens vulnerable to this dangerous disease. But that did not happen.
What is happening now is that many are contracting this virus because we are not equipping them to serve. The shut down of testing in Kano state can be linked to this challenge: no working tools for our medical warriors!
Nigerian businesses have donated, including my small firm, at our small level. Yet, we need to ask the big foreign tech firms to remember Nigeria. Where is Twitter? Facebook? Google? Microsoft? Intel? for Nigeria. We need your partnership right now. Sure, as we invite you to our tech hubs, we also invite you RIGHT NOW to our clinics, with your open wallets.
