The rich will spend money to save time and reduce inconveniences [A]. The poor will waste time and absorb inconveniences to save money [B]. How do you play an ecommerce business to shift B in Africa?
Time for #ecommerce #strategy understanding that even if you provide logistics, and everything, unless there is that mindset shift, with oiled purses, some sectors cannot advance very well.
