WeWork arrives in South Africa; expect the company to make Nigeria home soon.  WeWork is an American company that provides shared workspaces for technology startup communities, and services for entrepreneurs, freelancers, startups, small businesses and large enterprises (Wikipedia). Its great product besides the accommodation is the subculture it brings in its ecosystem. That culture is what people pay the rents for.
