Zoë Kravitz Criticizes Hulu’s High-Fidelity Post for Harry Styles Mention.

This time, Zoë Kravitz does not want art to mimic life. In the midst of rumors that the High-Fidelity actress secretly became engaged to Harry Styles, she addressed Hulu directly for mentioning her partner in a post about the show.
The streamer posted a collection of stills from High Fidelity, which she canceled in 2020 after just one season, in a since-deleted Instagram post on April 27. She said, “Robyn Brooks definitely has Kiss All the Time. Disco, Occasionally on her playlist.”
A few days later, Kravitz responded with the comment, "This is tacky," on May 6.
Hulu has been contacted by news organizations for comment, but they have not yet received a response.
In fact, Kravitz expressed her displeasure with the streamer's choice when her series, which was based on the 2000 John Cusack film of the same name, was canceled.
“It’s cool,” at that moment, Kravitz posted a comment on Instagram. “At least Hulu has a ton of other shows starring women of color we can watch. Oh wait.”
Years afterwards, she referred to the cancellation of the series—which also featured Jake Lacy and Da'Vine Joy Randolph—as a "big mistake."
“They didn’t realize what that show was and what it could do,” in 2022, the Big Little Lies star gave her explanation to Elle. “The amount of letters, DMs, people on the street, and women that look like us—like, that love for the show, it meant something to people.”
Regarding her relationship with Styles, the director of Blink Twice, who was once engaged to Channing Tatum and married Karl Glusman, has also been careful about what she shares. Neither Kravitz nor Styles have formally announced their engagement, even though they showed off what looked to be a diamond on that finger last month.
In the meantime, there have been hints of potential wedding bells from their inner group. Jessica McMormack, the stylist for the Caught Stealing actress, told Vogue earlier this month that she included "Cry Baby" jewelry pieces into Kravitz's Met Gala ensemble to make her engagement ring less noticeable.
Although Styles has never publicly discussed his romantic relationships, he recently hinted that he was prepared to get married.
“I had a real honest conversation with myself about, ‘Okay, in five years, what do I want my life to look like? And then how do I make changes to aim at that?’” Styles gave a clarification in a March interview with Zane Lowe of Apple Music. “I want to be fulfilled, and I want to be in great relationships with people.”
