Remember: two things happen in careers: physical energy of youth and wisdom energy of experience. With 2025, we are transitioning, marginally, losing the physical energy, and for a sustained great career, we need to ensure we keep compounding the wisdom energy. Companies compensate us early in our careers for that physical energy and will later switch to that wisdom energy. Where we fail to understand that redesign and transmutation, we break the trajectory of a great career.
As an athlete, you make money using the strength and vitality of the youth. But as you age, to be successful, you need to transition from physical strength to wisdom in applicable forms.
