Elon Musk has an uncommon capacity to call men and women to missions. Once they come, he gives them tasks. And then move to something new. From the top level, he sets up an organic system which ensures those people outperform. From Tesla to SpaceX to Boring, what we know is that his companies are category-kings. This guy may not read a report on some of these $billion companies for days, and yet they continue to break milestones.
He is on Twitter now, and he is setting up a system. Once he is done, he will leave behind a playbook people will help him to execute. When that happens, he may not even need to read a report on Twitter in days. For him, there is a virtuoso circle system which is running as structured; glory.
Elon is showing the world the power of delegation and communicating in absolute clarity. In other words, he is so good at assembling, inspiring, motivating and committing people to do great things without having to look over their shoulders. We must learn from him. He might have visited the Tesla office for days. I am not sure they’re missing him that much.

He has not written books. I expect the world to seek to understand how he does everything at this high level. Running Tesla should be a full-time job. Running Boring, the same. SpaceX may require many heads. Now add Twitter. And he seems to be cruising over these skies.
As he takes care of the little blue bird which needs help, we must see through the window to ascertain if his process can work in any sector. If the bird does recover well enough to fly, I think we can all say that we’re living in the age of Musk.

We live in a world that is highly dominated by average people, so people like Elon Musk don’t get their full credits, rather they attract scorn and hate, for being peerless.
Anyone who doesn’t like Musk, I tend to take a second look at such person’s level of acuity and capacity to do things that matter. Most people pay attention to things that don’t really matter, and then use same to justify their disdain for the tremendous work the very people they are hating have done.
The same people who cheer and admire ‘celebrities’ and funny politicians are hating on Elon Musk, it tells you how ridiculous our rating systems are.
Empty folks seem to attract more admirers, while Musk is seen as a misfit. This world has gone bonkers long time ago.
What thrills me is his ability to solve difficult problems. He has made the world his oyster and explores its hidden and unthinkable possibilities. Musk is the playbook every aspiring CEO and institution must seek to study. And I think it will save to say this is the Musk generation.
