‘MyAsho’ is a play on the Yoruba (a Nigerian language) word, ‘ash-we’ which means ‘clothes’. The creation of MyAsho.com was inspired by a simple, yet magnificent idea: To showcase and promote the very best of African fashion to the rest of the world.
MyAsho is a leading retail portal for African fashion, and has a proven reputation for stocking only the best of African couture from some of the continent’s most celebrated designers. The site currently stocks designs from over 20 African countries. Items on MyAsho typically cost between $10 and $400, and they offer free shipping for orders over $50.
