Afrika-Heute To Translate The Google / Facebook Article

It is not necessarily one of the best articles but it is one that has generated a lot of deep conversations within the African tech domain. The fact remains that I am not sure I offered any credible solution because no one fights utilities and thrive.
Facebook and Google are ICT utilities: you build on them, and not around them! And they are just starting.
