Ariana Madix, host of Love Island USA, addressed viewer speculation in the comment section, clarifying rumors that an IUD had fallen out during the show.

Ariana Madix isn’t letting wild speculation go unchecked. After a Love Island USA clip went viral—where viewers thought they spotted an IUD on the villa deck—fans flooded social media with theories. The scene in question showed the Islanders walking out for a competition, and a small white, T-shaped object on the ground had many people convinced it was an intrauterine device.

A TikTok user shared a momentary video and wrote. "Am I tired or is someone's IUD on the ground????" there was disagreement among commenters over whether it was what it appeared to be.

"This is insane IT ZOOMED IN ON IT," someone wrote. "I need to know the back story here I'm cracking up."

"Those things def don't just fall out," another user wrote. "That's so not normal, I'm so confused."

Ariana, the host of Love Island USA, corrected the record by answering everyone's questions about the object's true origin in the comments section.

But Ariana, ever quick with a reality check, jumped into the TikTok comment section and cleared things up herself. Her response? “Lmao it’s from the flowers,” she wrote, putting the mystery to bed with a sense of humor.

"Lmao it's from the flowers," the former Vanderpump Rules star commented on the TikTok post., "but this is cracking me up."

Another Love Island USA fan theory about competitors Michelle "Chelley" Bissainthe and Ace Green and their pre-show relationship had to be dispelled, which sparked the fan curiosity.

Some internet watchers felt that there was more to the story, even though the couple said that they had met outside of a nightclub and exchanged a few direct messages.

Chelley's friends, who are managing her social media accounts while she is employed, had to issue a statement to put an end to the rumors.

"We want to be transparent and clear the air, as some of the rumors have gotten far from the truth," on June 19, Chelley's friends posted on her Instagram Stories. "Chelley and Ace briefly crossed paths in New York and later connected on social media."

"They were never in a relationship, never lived together, and there are no children or hidden past," the post went on. "What's unfolding now is real, unscripted, and could change at any moment. We're fully supporting Chelley, wherever her heart leads and with whomever she chooses to couple with."

Turns out, it wasn’t medical—it was just a floral stray. Gotta love a host who’s not afraid to jump into the comments and keep things real.
