Big Sean will never fake it, even if he does it well. Shortly after a fitness influencer shared a video suggesting he may have had plastic surgery to boost his appearance, the "Body Language" rapper addressed accusations that he had received ab implants.
On July 8, the influencer uploaded a number of images of Big Sean from over the years on Instagram, including a clip from his 2021 music video "Precision," in which he is seen walking shirtless on a treadmill.

Although Blake Sanburg acknowledged that the musician had "interesting genetics," he disclosed that he thinks the rapper either utilized "steroids" to define his chiseled abs or a liposuction method similar to "abdominal etching."
The Dark Sky Paradise star responded by refuting the rumors in the comments section.
“Bro, unfortunately mine are real lol,” Sean Michael Leonard Anderson, a 37-year-old man, wrote it. “I got love for the fake [ab] community tho, to each its own, but what makes this funnier is this is the way God made me. I just happen to look like a chewed-up tootsie roll when I’m outta shape lol. I only have to say something cause this sh-t is getting way outta hand.”
As revealed in a follow-up post, Big Sean also strengthened his position in direct messages, saying that after he "gained dad weight," he began to prioritize his health. In fact, in November 2022, he and Jhene Aiko welcomed their 2-year-old son, Noah Hasani.
According to the nutritionist's Instagram post on July 9, he disclosed, "My body has gone through a lot." "No surgery though. I cannot believe I have to explain myself".
The internet’s been buzzing with comparisons to other celebs like Drake, but Sean’s keeping it lighthearted and transparent. Gotta respect someone who can laugh at the drama while standing firm.
