Charlie Sheen to Pay Brooke Mueller Overdue Child Support.
Charlie Sheen will have to pay outstanding child support of $500,000. As per to court records accessed by news sources, the former cast member of Two and a Half Men consented to pay his ex-wife Brooke Mueller $500,000 for unpaid child support over their twin kids, Bob and Max, who are now 17 years old.
According to their agreement, Sheen, 60, must provide the 48-year-old $250,000 by July 10 at the latest, with the full amount due on September 1. Child support and interest from March 2011 to July 2026 will be covered by the payment.
Sheen's representative and Mueller's lawyer have been contacted by news organizations for comment, but they have not responded.

In addition, Sheen is the father of children Sami Sheen, 22, and Lola Sheen, 21, with his ex-wife Denise Richards, and Cassandra Estevez, 41, with his high school sweetheart Paula Speert.
Two years having being introduced by mutual friend Rebecca Gayheart, the Emmy winner wed Mueller in 2008. Sheen and Mueller's battles with addiction had a negative impact on their marriage; on Christmas Day 2009, the Spin City alum was detained on charges of domestic abuse. (A plea agreement for minor assault later settled his charge.)
In 2010, the couple separated, and the following year, their divorce was formalized. Sheen and Mueller have both been candid about their struggles with addiction and recovery ever since.
“Charlie really stepped up when my stuff was going dark. And it was really dark,” Mueller stated in Charlie Sheen, a 2025 Netflix doc series. “He had all the reason not to be there for me, ‘cause when you’re not in your right mind, you become a terror for other people in your life. And now he’s taken the role of the one who is the responsible protector, especially with the boys.”
She went on to say, “Now he has this role that is very different than the role he used to have, and it’s pretty beautiful, magical, and I think it’s like a perfect living amends.”
