Game one in the social media universe as Twitter opens a new dimension of competition: “Social networking platform X (formerly Twitter) has begun the rollout of audio and video call features directly on the app to its Android users.” Yes, WhatsApp, Skype, etc have one more player to deal with.
The next is payment on Twitter, and within years, I expect Elon Musk to add ecommerce where people can buy and sell some items at local level. Largely, your Twitter handle can become a small store.
Good People, this little blue bird which has evolved to an X has a promise ahead. Musk is playing the best defense by going on offense on some of the properties which are coming after his own digital property. Expect X to return to the public board by 2026!
