When it comes to choosing her ESPYS 2026 attire, Ilona Maher did a fantastic job. Following all, the Olympic rugby player purchased her gorgeous Retrofête gown from a well-liked bargain department store. It included a long white skirt and a silver sequined bandeau bra top with an eye-catching cutaway.
At the July 15 sports award ceremony, Maher braved the downpour outside Lincoln Center in New York City and tells USA Sports' Renee Montgomery in an exclusive interview, "This is T.J. Maxx, and yes, it is very wet."
However, the 29-year-old was unfazed by this. In her words, "It's so cool to be in a room of such greatness, of really like-minded individuals who want to be great."

Maher went on to say, "What a night!"
The former cast member of Dancing With the Stars does have a taste for style. She actually likes to dress in ways that highlight her athletic physique.
In an interview with Sports Illustrated recently, Maher said, "Nothing too oversized," stating that she like items that "highlight my arms and shoulders."
Furthermore, she doesn't give a damn if people disagree.
“People will always have opinions,” Maher added, "and, honestly, I’m not everyone’s cup of tea."
Because of this, she had no trouble responding to an online troll earlier this year who said she was "pregnant" while wearing an orange dress that hugged her form.
"He deleted his comment because I had a great comeback, but I want to do it again for you all," in a January TikTok video, Maher made jokes while wearing the dress. "To him, I say this is just a normal woman's body."
"You probably haven't seen a woman naked in a long time, if ever, and I hope you never get the privilege to again," she went on, "because that's just how we are, OK? That's just what we're working with."
