In the United States, workers are all in for AI, and now is the time to master what AI does, and how to use it.
Many workers across the nation are using ChatGPT to help them with some tasks like writing emails and completing research, says a new Reuters/Ipsos poll of 2,625 adults nationwide. Though 28% of respondents said they regularly use the tool at work, only 22% said their employers explicitly allow it. Many employers are considering how they can maximize ChatGPT's benefits without opening themselves up to intellectual property and strategy leaks. The risks have led some employers to, apparently, curtail it completely: One Procter & Gamble employee told Reuters that ChatGPT won't work on the company network.
