Jessie James Decker intends to reduce the size of her distracting breast implants.

Jessie James Decker truly needs to get stuff off her upper body. The "Wanted" singer announced that she had "officially decided to downsize" her "400plus" cc breast implants, three years after having a boob job.

"I'm trying to figure out when and where, but I am ready," on May 13, she posted on Instagram Stories. "They have been a fun ride so to speak and I of course won't ever have small ones by any means. But the more in shape I'm getting they just become more annoying and obvious to me how big they are for my body."

In fact, when Jessie had surgery in 2021, she chose larger implants. In her words at the time, "I was finally ready to go big or go home ha!"

"I had breast reduction and lift a couple years ago when they were hanging down to my belly button," Jessie, who is married to Eric Decker and has children Vivianne Rose, 12, Eric "Bubby" Thomas II, 10, Forrest Bradley, 8, and Denver Calloway, 2, posted on Instagram, "but with having such elastic skin and not being happy with the size I decided to do it."

"They were so big and perky before children and I wanted them back ... plus some," she went on to say that plastic procedure is "not for everybody but it was certainly for me!"

But after becoming pregnant with Denver, Jessie began to second-guess the size of her implants.

"If I had known we were going to have another, I wouldn't have gone so big," in an Instagram Story from 2023, she acknowledged. "When I'm pregnant, they get massive. Like, quadruple in size. Def need a reduction in the future."

Additionally, the 38-year-old has been working out to increase her muscular mass in recent years.

"As I've gotten older, I like the way I look now more than I did when I was 23," in March 2025, she informed Us Weekly. "I like being toned, muscular and really strong."
