Karlie Kloss recently opened up about her marriage to Joshua Kushner and how he has been her biggest supporter, especially as she navigates motherhood. The supermodel, who is expecting her third child with Kushner, shared that they have been together since she was 19 and have grown up together. She described him as her "biggest champion," encouraging her not to lose herself in motherhood, as her happiness directly impacts their children.
“We’ve been together since I was 19,” According to the 32-year-old, during the May 20 episode of Emma Grede’s Aspire podcast. “We’ve grown up together. He’s always been my biggest champion, especially in this adjustment into motherhood. He’s been somebody who’s like, ‘Karlie, you cannot lose yourself. You will not be happy and then our children will feel that.’”
Karlie, who is now the mother to Levi, 4, and Elijah, 21 months, with the 46-year-old, revealed that Joshua has been her rock since they began dating in 2012, the same year she relocated to New York to pursue a modeling career. His constant support is spot on.

“I had never met anyone like him before,” The originator of Kode with Klossy went on. “He was such a kind man. I would have never imagined that I would meet the love of my life at 19. Because we met so young, we’ve been through so much together and really grown together. I think that’s also part of why our partnership is so solid.”
Joshua is not the only person who supports her, though, as Karlie disclosed that her two kids have motivated her to take a different attitude to life. The former host of Project Runway actually disclosed that she didn't “prioritize my personal life or my friends” until she had Levi in 2020.
“In a lot of ways, having kids has sort of been a forcing function of prioritization,” she clarified. “I’ve always been somebody that’s done a lot. It’s in my blood to be busy and be a productive person. But now going on to my third child, a lot of things have fallen into place—like what matters most to me, and what I’m willing to compromise for and what I’m not.”
Kloss also reflected on how kids having has changed her priorities, making her more intentional about her personal life and friendships. She expressed excitement about her third pregnancy, acknowledging the exhaustion but also the joy of expanding their family.
Karlie is also making sure to be there for her impending baby now that she is more concerned with her own and her family's needs. “It’s only just starting to hit me,” Regarding her third pregnancy, she stated. “I’m halfway through. I’m so tired, but I’m so excited.”
