Liam Neeson Shares Rare Reflection on Falling in Love With Late Wife Natasha Richardson.
When Liam Neeson first fell in love with his leading lady, he reflects on that moment. The Taken actor recalls connecting with his costar Natasha Richardson, who would become his wife a year later, when thinking back on his breakthrough role in the United States in the 1993 Broadway revival of Anna Christie.
In a July 31 interview with the New York Times, Liam, 73, stated, "It was great doing it every night with her." "And falling in love." Liam would stay married to the Parent Trap actress until her untimely death in 2009 at the age of 45 due to a skiing accident. Liam and Natasha have two kids together: Micheál, 30, and Daniel, 28.
Liam has mainly kept the specifics of his personal life private since she passed away. He does not hold back, though, when discussing how Natasha has influenced his career, especially when he was considering playing James Bond.

Liam stated, "I know they were looking at various actors and I apparently was among them," when he appeared on James Corden's The Late Late Show in 2021. "However, my dear, departed wife did say to me…'Darling, if you're offered James Bond and you're going to play it, you're not going to marry me.'"
Furthermore, Liam does not keep quiet about his relationship with Natasha. The actor has also kept quiet about the dating rumors he started with Pamela Anderson, his co-star in The Naked Gun.
Although the couple has not made their relationship public, they recently went out together, each with their own sons, at the July 30 film's premiere and raved about their collaboration.
Pam explained that her costar is "kind, sweet, and funny." Pam walked the red carpet with her and her ex-boyfriend Tommy Lee's kids, Dylan Jagger Lee, 29, and Brandon Thomas Lee, 27.
"He is very silly," he added. “Pam is very silly too. She's a great woman." Liam said in the joint interview, echoing her feelings. She is a wonderful woman.
