This is a new month. This is a new quarter. Are you planning to assess Q1 2018? Take few hours and check numbers. If you do not measure, you cannot improve. Put the numbers in a bar chart and look at the tallest and lowest numbers. Find out what is happening there. Check the patterns from Q1 2017 and Q4 2017 and see if there is a clear trajectory.
Always remember, you need to find your One Oasis. Make time to understand what just happened in Q1. Make decisions accordingly.
