Maura Higgins of Traitors Explains Her One-Year Celibacy.
Maura Higgins has temporarily banned sex from her life. In actuality, the Traitors finalist claimed that her past romantic history with unreliable men had caused her to become celibate. She was duped into forming an alliance with costar Rob Rausch, which allowed him to receive $220,800 in wins at the show's season four finale.
"I don't trust men anyway," in an interview with Elite Daily that was published on February 27, Maura talked about Rob's betrayal. "If I wasn't used to that kind of guy, I reckon I would've been crying, storming out, never speaking to him again."
She added, "But I've already got severe trust issues. I've been cheated on by the majority of my exes—that's the reason I've been celibate for a whole year."

Actually, throughout last summer's filming, Maura had no amusing business in the castle. The Love Island U.K. alum stated during The Traitors' reunion that she and Rob "never had a flirt" during the game, despite the fact that many of her castmates wanted them to hook up.
"We were genuinely just friends," Maura went on to say. "We were just having fun."
Rob, 27, disclosed that he had just begun dating someone, while the 35-year-old added that she is still unmarried.
What is Maura's current relationship status with her former ally? "You get my Birkin, you're forgiven," she said to Rob on the reunion episode on February 26th, alluding to a previous pledge he had promised her. "We go from there."
