Prince Jackson will marry the woman of his dreams. After eight years of dating, the eldest child of the late Michael Jackson declared on social media that he and Molly Schirmang were engaged.
“Molly and I have spent a lot of time together and made incredible memories,” On August 26, Prince, 28, said on Instagram. “We’ve traveled the world, graduated and grown so much together. I’m excited for this next chapter in our lives as we continue to grow and make great memories. I love you babs.”
Prince attached a picture of himself and his new fiancée kissing while she put her hand on his chest to show off her engagement ring to the message. Additionally, he posted other photos of himself and Molly at their Loyola Marymount University graduation, hiking, and kayaking.
Notably, Prince included a heartfelt homage to his family's history in his post. He included a photo of himself and his future bride sitting on a bench with his 95-year-old grandmother Katherine Jackson outside of Hayvenhurst, the Jackson family's long-standing Encino, California compound.
Prince has talked about honoring his late father, who passed away in 2009, even though he has mostly kept his love life private throughout the years.
“I have photos of him and the uncles inside my house,” in 2022, Prince disclosed. “I have artistic paintings of him around my house.”
More significantly, though, Prince keeps applying the values he picked up from the King of Pop to his everyday activities.
“I like to lead my life with love, which is what he taught me,” he clarified. “I try to help at least one person a day, and I feel like that is a way of continuing his legacy.”
