Milania Giudice, Teresa Giudice's 20-year-old daughter, was apprehended for assault.
Milania Giudice is having legal issues. As reported by local law enforcement, the 20-year-old, who starred with mother Teresa Giudice on The Real Housewives of New Jersey, was taken into custody for assault after an alleged altercation in Montville, New Jersey, on May 14.
"The Montville Township Police Department received a report of a dispute at a residence in town," on June 11, reporters received a statement from Police Chief Andrew Caggiano. "The investigation resulted in Milania Giudice being charged on a summons complaint with one count of Simple Assault.”
As stated by authorities, she was freed until her next court date.

"A criminal complaint is merely an accusation," the statement mentioned. "Despite this accusation, the defendant is presumed innocent unless and until she has been proven guilty beyond a reasonable doubt in a court of law."
According to court records published on Page Six, the assault charge—classified as a Disorderly Persons Offense under New Jersey law—came after the apparent altercation at 6:12 p.m. According to the court documents, Milania has not yet entered a plea.
News organizations have contacted Milania's representative for comment, but have not received a response as of yet.
Teresa and her ex-husband Joe Giudice also share three daughters: Gia, 25, Gabriella, 21, and Audriana, 16. Milania is a public relations major at the University of Tampa and a member of the sorority Sigma Delta Tau.
