Motivate Your Staff for Missions
It is break time in Nigeria depending on your sector. It is 12 noon. As you enjoy the rice and chicken in the canteen, take time and ask a junior colleague how he/she is doing. You may not know the impact but it is typically HUGE. Motivation goes beyond money. For most staff, just pronouncing their names right is the motivation they need. At least, the boss knows their names. That means they are not just numbers in the company – they are human beings. Executing a Mission requires committed disciples. You must prepare yours.
