Nasty C describes Wande Coal & Phyno as his Idols.

Nasty C is one of the most talented and successful rappers in Africa, but he is not afraid to show respect and admiration for his fellow artists. In a recent interview, he revealed that two of his biggest idols are Wande Coal and Phyno, two Nigerian superstars who have influenced his music and style.

Wande Coal is a singer and songwriter who rose to fame as a member of the Mo'Hits Records label, before launching his own imprint, Black Diamond Entertainment. He is known for his versatile vocals, catchy hooks and hit songs such as "Bumper to Bumper", "Iskaba" and "So Mi So". Nasty C said that he grew up listening to Wande Coal's music and that he was inspired by his smooth delivery and charisma.

Phyno is a rapper and record producer who is widely regarded as one of the pioneers of indigenous rap in Nigeria. He raps mostly in Igbo, his native language, but also incorporates English and Pidgin into his lyrics. He has collaborated with many artists across genres, such as Olamide, Flavour, Davido and Runtown. Nasty C said that he admires Phyno's creativity and originality, and that he learned a lot from his production skills and storytelling.

Nasty C said that he hopes to work with both Wande Coal and Phyno in the future, and that he considers them as mentors and role models. He also expressed his gratitude for their support and encouragement, saying that they have motivated him to keep improving his craft and reaching new heights.

His adulation of Phyno and Wande Coal shows his long attraction to Nigerian music as well as the popularity of Nigerian music across the continent.
