NFT and SEC Nigeria
Quote from Ndubuisi Ekekwe on March 6, 2022, 5:33 PM
An NFT is a “digital asset that represents real-world objects like art, music, in-game items and videos. They are bought and sold online, frequently with cryptocurrency, and they are generally encoded with the same underlying software as many cryptos.” (Forbes)
How the SEC will handle this remains opaque. I think it is time the SEC publishes a whitepaper for the Nigerian tech ecosystem.
