Nigerian fintech companies continue to move forward despite all the challenges. Payant, one of the newest ones, has noted that it has hit N1 billion on transactions in less than roughly 18 months.
Our first payment was for N500 on 1st Jan, 2017. Our lowest payment was for N1 and our highest value processed at a single time is N400,000. By the end of the year, we have processed over N100,000,000 (One Hundred Million Naira) in total transaction volume with just a little over 1,000 registered merchants.
