Someone shared this piece and it is trending in my blog - I am resharing it for the community. Because companies see us as numbers, we have revolted by coming to LinkedIn to post our resumes. With no absolute job security from companies, they should not expect anything different.
As I note in that piece, "accumulation of capabilities is a continuum and catalytic in modern career planning", you must plan and execute your career because HR does not see YOU but cost and number! Do not be over-relaxed especially if in Nigerian banking!
