Savanna Chrisley is revealing her recent "whirlwind" of achievements. The Chrisley Knows Best alum responded to the apparent criticism she's received over the announcement, clapping back at the "hate," a few days after announcing she was engaged and expecting her first child with Jason Galanis, with whom it was discovered she secretly wed in July.
“What a whirlwind this week has been,” on October 31, Savanna posted on her Instagram Stories. “This world can be so incredibly cruel. People can be quick to judge, quick to condemn, and slow to show grace. But as I sit here looking out at God’s beautiful creation, I’m reminded of something so much greater than the noise around me.”
“The world may try to steal your peace,” she went on, “but it can never take away what God has promised you.”
The host of the Unlocked podcast, the daughter of Todd and Julie Chrisley, said that she's “learned that you don’t have to defend what God has already ordained.”
“You don’t have to fight every battle, answer every accusation,” she continued, “or convince the world of what God already knows to be true.”
Rather, Savanna stressed that “sometimes the greatest act of faith is simply being still, choosing love when you’re met with hate, extending grace when none is given, and trusting that Jesus is working even in the moments that hurt the most.”
The 29-year-old is thankful for where she is, despite what some may think about the recent stories regarding her personal life.
“My heart is full. My blessings are immeasurable,” she penned. “And my faith is stronger than any storm this world could ever bring. Because at the end of the day, hate will never have the final word. JESUS WILL. And LOVE ALWAYS WINS.”
Savannah's tweet was made just four days after she announced that she was expecting her first child on her Unlocked podcast and in a concurrent Instagram post. She also disclosed that Jason, her partner, is both her fiancé and the child's father.
According to marriage papers that People was able to get, it was eventually proven that the couple was not only engaged but had previously gotten married in the Cayman Islands in July.
Jason's identification was later verified, despite Savanna not revealing his name on the podcast or social media. The businessman, who is 27 years older than her, was named "Porn's New King" by Forbes in 2004 after buying the largest U.S. payment processor for online porn. Jason also served prison time with Savannah's father, Todd. President Donald Trump pardoned them both in 2025.
The Growing Up Chrisley actress also explained why she didn't call her now-husband by name.
“There is a huge age gap there,” she gave an explanation in her podcast episode from October 27. “That's probably part of the reason why I kept a lot of it quiet, because I know how brutal the public can be. But I genuinely do not care.”
