Sharna Burgess Hits Back at John Stamos Over Dancing With the Stars Remarks.

Please be merciful, as Sharna Burgess is criticizing John Stamos for his remarks regarding Dancing With the Stars. Just days following the Full House alum told season 27 winner Bobby Bones that he had decided not to compete in the ABC dance competition because "what makes that show good is people suffering and looking like fools," the former DWTS pro responded with a clap.
"Why do I care because I’m not on the show? Because I was on the show for 15 years," as reported by EntertainmentNow, Burgess started in a now-deleted video that she posted on her Instagram Story. "Because the man that you’re speaking to is the man that I won with, who was the underdog, who laid it all out on the floor every time on what he did not start off being good at."
The 41-year-old went on, "That is the last thing Dancing With the Stars is about."
In fact, when Bones, 46, won the Mirrorball Trophy in 2018, Burgess was his mate.
However, DWTS co-host Julianne Hough and former emcee Tom Bergeron publicly expressed their disapproval of Bones' victory in the years that followed, prompting him to willingly surrender his award to producers.
Actually, Stamos playfully expressed the same notion during a recent appearance on Bones' The BobbyCast.
"You shouldn't have won," Stamos joked to Bones that Juan Pablo Di Pace, a co-star on Fuller House, "got 10s all the way across the board, and you came in and somehow won."
Joking that the contest was "rigged," Stamos continued, "I was gonna call ABC!"
Although Bones, who made amends with Bergeron previously this year after getting apologies, now accepts criticism of his win. "I'm the jackass!" he jokingly said to Stamos.
"I never had a plan to do it, but ABC—because I was going on my fourth season with Idol—said you needed to do that show as promotion," he went on to say that prior to the performance, he had no dance exposure. "No one that has never danced has won, but I just kept blasting and I won."
For this reason, Bones told Stamos that he thought the Grandfathered alum would be a fantastic DWTS candidate.
"You would love it," he went on to say. "You would learn so much about yourself."
